So it has been brought to my attention that I have been neglecting my blog as of late. I am going to work on changing that...starting NOW. We'll start with something short and succinct (but potent nonetheless). Here is a Widely unknown song by Mr Molé, Molé, Molé (Austin Powers voice)...err...Mr Enrique Iglesias called "Ring My Bells". Very sexy and giving me ALL I need tonight. This is an UNOFFICIAL video for the song, but it is hot enough to work. So, without any further introduction, grab your cups and partake in all of the spicy tang he is serving up.

Poems from Mom
when it all goes
.
.
to hell
in your hands...
.
when the world's
hounding you,
.
soiling your soul,
nailing down your shadow,
stepping all over your heart...
.
when you need
a strong shoulder
and all they say is
suck it up...
.
when they tell you
smile,
smile,
and all you want to do
is scream,
one time,
until your voice breaks...
.
when the hurt is
so deep
that the tears won't come
and
all the words
to tell of it
have escaped you...
.
when your honest heart
is met with
indifference,
rejection,
dissimilation,
and outright lies...
.
when the gladhanding,
bullshitting
sons-of-bitches
keep winning
while you're treading water...
.
when you've become
numb
to the sweet kiss
of the moon
on your skin...
.
when the soft song
of the stars
falls on deaf ears,
.
and all you can hear
in the deep watches
of the night
is the echo
of your own
heartbeat...
.
face yourself.
.
you have two choices--
.
to build from grace
or
fall from fear.
.
walk on.
in your hands...
.
when the world's
hounding you,
.
soiling your soul,
nailing down your shadow,
stepping all over your heart...
.
when you need
a strong shoulder
and all they say is
suck it up...

Step your pussy up at the cosmetics counter, people.
I have often been asked what the key is to making a good first impression.
From my personal experience: it is a general smile (act like you're having a good time when out and about), looking put together and smelling GOOD.
The smiling and dressing up seem to be pretty common knowledge. But I can't tell you how many people don't smell clean or are doing WAY too much with cologne that don't match their body chemistry. Not to sound conceited, but I get asked all the time "What cologne are you wearing?" or get told "You smell SO good"
Now I've been a cologne whore since I was a chubby 14 year old kid rubbing my nuts to posters of Usher and Eric Nies on "The Grind" (throwback slut swag, FTMFW). So I've decided to break it down and give you some tips for matching scents for YOUR body-type and also listing some of my personal faves.

So without further adieu, Let's get it and shit.
So as we all should know: perfumes/colognes have essential oils in them and the warmth of the skin/ pulse points is what brings out their scent over time.
Tip 1:
The first big tip I have is that Blondes and people with lighter skin tones have a tendency towards dry skin (unless they have an unnaturally high amount of fats in their diet). And even if you are of a darker skin tone and you have dry skin, this tip is for you. The essential oils in colognes/perfumes are not properly absorbed into dry, unnourished skin. If you notice that you have a tendency towards dry skin and you want your scent to last all night apply a matching or unscented lotion to the pulse points to act as a base for the fragrance. You will thank me next time you go out and don't have to reapply.
Tip 2:
The more oily the skin is, the more intense EVERY scent is (remember, essential oils in perfumes bond with your body's natural oils and body heat to produce the desired effect). So if you have oily skin, you may need to use fewer sprays to achieve long-lasting results.

So THIS Is My Blog
Anyone that knows me is well aware that I have an opinion on EVERY-FUCKING-THING. So instead of sitting on my opinions or randomly subjecting ALL of my online friends (via facebook and twitter) to them, I decided to make a blog to showcase my ideas and preferences.
I'm sure I'll occasionally do a personal post or showcase something I find to be educational. However, I will also do posts involving the entertainment industry. Don't worry, I'm not gonna copy that shady, sad half a tranny (Perez) nor will I bite the styles of my favorite Urban bloggers. This is going to be "All Dylan, All The Time".
